Samadhi Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, and educational purposes consistent with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
We may carry out initiatives in the United States and internationally, including through collaboration with qualified charitable organizations registered in their respective jurisdictions.
No part of the Foundation’s net earnings benefits private individuals. We exist to advance our charitable mission through responsible stewardship and lawful nonprofit operations.
