Samadhi Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees responsible for the overall oversight, strategic direction, and mission alignment of the organization. The Board ensures that all programs and activities are conducted in accordance with the Foundation’s charitable, religious, and educational purpose.
The Foundation has no voting members. All governance authority rests with the Board of Trustees. Trustees are responsible for policy approval, financial oversight, strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with applicable nonprofit laws and regulations.

The Foundation appoints officers as provided in its bylaws. Officers may include a President, Secretary, Treasurer, and any additional officers deemed necessary to support the effective administration of the organization.

The Board may establish standing or special committees to support specific mission aligned initiatives, including education, outreach, fundraising, governance, or other program areas.
Samadhi Foundation operates in accordance with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation does not participate in political campaigns and does not engage in activities inconsistent with its charitable, religious, and educational purpose.
Trustees and officers are expected to disclose conflicts of interest and act with integrity, transparency, and accountability in all organizational matters.
